Customised emails and notifications
Crunch’s unique User Notification Service (UNS) keeps you in communication with your cardholders by sending email, SMS, and in-app notifications. The UNS is based on pre-built configurable templates or custom messages, without the need to store any sensitive cardholder data.
Secure Online Card Activation
The gift card activation process is handled by our safe and secure platform, with extra encryption over and above the usual https. For online card registration, Crunch can generate a customised one-time URL that is valid for a limited period of time.
Cost Effective Virtual Cards
The main benefit of virtual loyalty cards is that they’re a fraction of the price of a physical card. They have the controls and flexibility of a physical card but can only be used online or over the phone. Virtual card wallets also enable you to segregate funds and simplify your payments reconciliation.
Instant Card Issuing
Our non-personalised prepaid cards don’t require a bank account so can be issued quickly and easily. Cards stored in your safe are ready to be issued. As soon as registered and loaded, the cards can be used straight away.
